Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Hobby Aquarium (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1. License

My Hobby Aquarium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

1.2. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Access or use the App to create a competing product or service.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using the App.

2.2. Account Security

If the App requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2.3. Prohibited Content

• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
• Harms the App’s operation or other users’ experience.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1. Availability of In-App Purchases

The App may offer additional features, content, or services through in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3.2. Payment

All payments for in-app purchases are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. My Hobby Aquarium does not collect or store your payment information.

3.3. Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple’s policies. My Hobby Aquarium cannot process refunds directly. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact Apple Support.

3.4. Usage of Purchased Content

In-app purchases grant you a limited license to use the purchased content or features within the App. These purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of My Hobby Aquarium or its licensors. You may not use any part of the App’s content without explicit written permission.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Hobby Aquarium and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App’s operation.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.

7. Termination

My Hobby Aquarium reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the App or its users.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
